Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RedGraphs website at redgraphs.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RedGraphs Inc. ("RedGraphs," "we," "us," or "our").

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate access to RedGraphs products and services. You may use the Site in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

RedGraphs Products and Services

Access to RedGraphs products and services (including Assist, Business Relationship Analytics, and Vista) is governed by separate commercial agreements. Business Relationship Analytics is distributed commercially by S&P Global. Product descriptions on this Site are for informational purposes and do not constitute an offer or commitment. Features, capabilities, and availability may change.

Trial access, evaluation licenses, and production agreements are subject to their own terms, which will be provided upon engagement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, diagrams, data visualizations, software, and documentation, is the property of RedGraphs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

"RedGraphs," "Assist," and "Vista" are trademarks of RedGraphs Inc. "Business Relationship Analytics" is a product name used under agreement with S&P Global Market Intelligence. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

Data and Research Content

Research articles and data descriptions published on the Site are provided for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsements of any company or security.
