Mapping the Economic System.

RedGraphs builds the infrastructure that makes global business relationships visible, measurable, and actionable.

We treat business relationships as first-class data primitives: extracted from primary evidence, validated by human reviewers, and modeled as a temporal graph with full provenance.

Origin

Why RedGraphs exists

Business relationships between companies are disclosed across millions of regulatory filings in dozens of jurisdictions, but they are not structured as first-class data. Who supplies whom, who owns whom, and who depends on whom — this information exists in documents, not in databases.

RedGraphs was founded to close that gap: to extract, verify, and structure economic relationships from primary evidence and make them available as institutional-grade data infrastructure.

What We Build

Infrastructure for economic relationship data

Relationship Extraction

NLP-driven extraction of business relationships from regulatory filings, corporate disclosures, and primary source documents across jurisdictions.

Governed Verification

Human-in-the-loop validation workflows with audit trails, correction overlays, and institutional-grade quality controls.

Temporal Graph

Time-aware modeling of economic relationships — tracking how dependencies form, evolve, and dissolve across fiscal periods.

Estimation Framework

Constrained estimation of unobserved monetary flows, making partially disclosed networks analytically complete for concentration and risk analysis.

Who It Serves

Built for institutional workflows

Investment Analysts

Map supplier concentration, trace revenue dependencies, and identify hidden exposure across portfolios.

Supply Chain Professionals

Visualize multi-tier networks, monitor structural changes, and assess vendor dependency across the value chain.

Risk Teams

Quantify counterparty exposure, model cascading defaults, and stress-test relationship networks.

Policy Researchers

Study industrial structure, trade dependencies, and systemic risk propagation using evidence-backed data.

Data Science Teams

Build models on structured relationship data with temporal depth, entity identifiers, and primary-source provenance.

Leadership

Vishal Puri

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Head of AI and Engineering

Vishal Puri is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RedGraphs, where he leads AI research, engineering architecture, and long-term product strategy.

His work centers on building large-scale systems that transform unstructured financial disclosures into structured, decision-grade intelligence. Over two decades across global financial institutions and fintech platforms, Vishal has focused on applying machine learning, natural language processing, and graph analytics to complex economic systems.

At RedGraphs, he oversees the development of the company's AI extraction pipeline, validation architecture, and economic network modeling framework — the core infrastructure powering the platform.

Vishal studied at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia.

Eric McGill

Co-Founder & Chief Research & Solutions Officer

Eric McGill is Co-Founder and Chief Research & Solutions Officer at RedGraphs, where he leads quantitative research, economic modeling, and institutional client strategy.

His work focuses on understanding structural dependencies across industries and modeling supply chain and capital flow dynamics at scale. Eric is the inventor of advanced supply chain analysis techniques used to analyze systemic interconnections across global markets.

He previously spent five years at Bain & Company, advising on strategy and analytics. Eric studied at MIT, Stanford, and UC Berkeley.

RedGraphs operates with a small, specialized team focused on data infrastructure and economic graph modeling. For career inquiries, see Contact.

Partnership

S&P Global Market Intelligence

Business Relationship Analytics, the canonical relationship dataset powered by the RedGraphs Platform, is distributed commercially by S&P Global Market Intelligence. The dataset uses S&P Capital IQ company identifiers and is delivered through S&P Global's commercial infrastructure.

S&P Global clients use Business Relationship Analytics for investment research, supply-chain due diligence, and counterparty risk assessment.
